TERMS · CUSTOMER ORDERS
Terms of service.
These terms explain the basis on which JB 3D Printing reviews projects, supplies custom prints and sells ready-to-order products. They do not restrict rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
1. Quotations and orders
A request is not accepted merely because files or a message have been submitted. For custom work, the scope, material, quantity, price and any estimated timing should be confirmed before production. An order is accepted when payment is accepted or JB 3D Printing otherwise confirms acceptance.
2. Customer files and instructions
You are responsible for supplying accurate dimensions, requirements and usable files. You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, any model, image, trademark or other material supplied. Files must not be unlawful, unsafe or infringe another person’s rights.
3. Suitability and tolerances
3D-printed parts can show layer lines and reasonable variation in colour, surface texture and dimensions. State any critical tolerance, load, temperature, food-contact, electrical, safety or regulatory requirement before ordering. Unless expressly agreed, products are not certified for medical, life-safety or other safety-critical use.
4. Prices and payment
The applicable price is the price shown at checkout or in the accepted quotation, together with any stated delivery cost. Payment processing may be provided by Stripe; JB 3D Printing does not receive the full card number from Stripe.
5. Changes and cancellation
Contact JB 3D Printing immediately if an order needs to change. A change may affect price and timing. Statutory cancellation rights can be limited for bespoke or personalised goods once production has begun, but your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.
6. Delivery
Any delivery date is an estimate unless expressly agreed otherwise. Delivery availability, price and tracking depend on the destination and service selected. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
7. Problems with an order
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or materially different from the agreed specification, contact orders@jb-3d-printing.co.uk promptly with the order reference and clear photographs so the issue can be assessed.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion is unlawful. Subject to that, JB 3D Printing is not responsible for loss caused by inaccurate customer files or instructions, unauthorised use of third-party designs, or use outside an expressly agreed purpose.
9. Personal information
Personal information is handled as described in the privacy policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law applicable in England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory rights and jurisdiction protections that apply to them.
